Role Responsibilities

• Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales

• In the absence of any other management, open and close the store

• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service

• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience

• Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge

• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions

• Ear piercing (you will receive full training)

• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers

• Must be fully flexible for midweek and weekend shifts

• Sales-Obsessed Energy: You love the thrill of making a sale, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers.

• Social & Digital Savvy: You know what’s trending, what’s viral, and how to translate that into an amazing customer experience.

• Customer-First Mentality: You get people, and you love making them feel confident and empowered.

• Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.

• Ready to Hustle: You’re organized, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to level up.
