The Sauce Is in Your Hands: Nando’s Lets Fans Choose the Next Guest Spice – Plus Hot New Menu Items Landing This Summer
8th May 2025 – Nando’s is handing the power over to the people. For the first time ever, fans can vote to bring back their favourite guest spice – or even pitch a new one – in the ultimate summer flavour revival.
From iconic blasts like Smoky Churrasco and Garlic BBQ to bold collabs like Nando’s x Fanta, fans have never been shy about spamming the comments section, demanding the return of their go-to sauce. Now, the chicken legends are listening. Whether you’re loyal to Mango & Lime or a heat-seeker for VUSA, it’s your chance to reunite with a lost love – or spark something brand new.
Voting opens on 13th May and runs until 17th June, available in all Nando’s restaurants across Ireland and the UK. Simply scan the QR code on your in-restaurant menu or visit nandos.co.uk/about-us/food/PERi-ometer to cast your vote. The winning flavour will re-join the PERi-ometer lineup just in time for summer.
What’s New on the Menu? Nando’s is turning up the heat this summer with a sizzling line-up of fresh additions:
The Big Cheese Burger – stacked with grilled halloumi, red pepper and pineapple salsa, creamy avocado, and Churrasco PERinaise, all tucked into a rustic Portuguese roll made with Wildfarmed regenerative flour.
Halloumi Sticks with PERi-Honey Dip – crispy, golden halloumi paired with a sweet and spicy PERi-Honey dip. Spoiler: you’ll want to put it on everything.
PERi-Honey as an Extra – drizzle it over chicken, salad, or chips – however you like it, it’s here to sweeten your summer.
Summer Grains – a zesty mix of grains, green chickpeas, dried apricots, lemon oil, and creamy yoghurt dressing for a side that’s anything but boring.
Charred Corn – sweet, smoky corn tossed in creamy garlic sauce, finished with spring onions and PERi-Salt.
Tropical Quencher – a refreshing summer drink that delivers the ultimate seasonal slurp.
