Situated directly adjacent to the M1 motorway and in close proximity to Dublin Airport, Swords Pavilions Car Park is open 24/7, with more than 2,000 parking spaces provided, so you’re never more than a few minutes’ walk from our wonderful selection of shops, restaurants, and activities.

Disabled Parking

There are 12 disabled parking spaces available in Car Park B and 17 available throughout all levels of the Multi-Storey Car Park.

Shop Mobility

For anyone, young or old, whether your disability is temporary or permanent, Shop Mobility is available for those with injuries and long, or short-term, disabilities. Our complimentary Shop Mobility service (electronic Mart Carts and manual wheelchairs) is available from the Lower Mall, seven days a week.

Electric Vehicle Charging Points

Swords Pavilions believe in helping people adopt cleaner transport solutions into their everyday lives. There are 10 Electric Vehicle Charging Points located on Level 0, Level 1, and Level 3 of the Multi-Storey Car Park (charges apply)

Bicycle Parking

On yer bike and cycle to Swords Pavilions! When travelling around Northside County Dublin, cycling isn't only the most invigorating mode of transport, but probably the quickest, too. So whether you’re planning on picking up a hire bike for an afternoon outing or you're a regular two-wheeler, saddle up because we offer free secure cycle-parking outside the entrance of Starbucks and the doors by Zara, or you have the option of using our paid pods at €1 per day.

Crystal Detail, market leaders in hand car washing and valeting, is available at Swords Pavilions for those planning on adding a sparkling ‘new' car to their shopping list. So if you're looking to drive away in absolute style, drop your car off on Level 0 of the Multi-Story Car Park, and take advantage of the team's specialist services for a brilliant showroom finish. No booking necessary.

Introduction This GDPR Privacy Policy outlines how Euro Car Parks (Ireland) Limited collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data obtained through the use of Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Legal Basis for Processing The processing of vehicle number plates and related data is based on: • Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): To manage and secure the car park efficiently. • Performance of a Contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): When the vehicle owner enters into a parking contract (e.g. pay-and-display, permit-based entry). • Legal Obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR): Where data is required by law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

5. Data Collected The ANPR system captures: • Vehicle registration number (license plate) • Time and date of entry and exit • Still images or footage of vehicles (depending on system)

Retention Period ANPR data is kept only for as long as necessary to fulfil its purpose: • Typically retained for 30 days, unless required longer for legal or investigative reasons. • Data used for contract enforcement (e.g. unpaid fees, appeals) may be retained longer in line with legal obligations.

7. Data Access and Sharing Access to ANPR data is limited to authorized personnel only. Data may be shared with: • Third-party parking enforcement services acting on our behalf • Payment or permit management providers under contract • Law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies upon legal request
