Everything you need to make your visit to Pavilions Swords a little easier.

The Customer Information Desk is on the Upper Mall, outside Dunnes Stores textiles. The team can help with enquiries, lost property, fun cars, gift cards, and anything else about the centre.

JOOS mobile charging stations are available in three locations: on the Upper Mall, beside the Customer Information Desk, and on the Lower Mall, outside Dunnes Stores and another in Phase 2, located outside JD Sports.

Pavilions Swords gift cards can be spent in every shop, restaurant, and at Movies@Swords across the centre. Available from the Customer Information Desk, the gift card kiosk on the ground floor, or online. See the gift card page for full details, including corporate gifting.

Two ATMs are available both beside Crilly Shoe Repairs.

Ride-on fun cars are available to hire from the Customer Information Desk on the Upper Mall.

Public restrooms are located on the Lower and Upper Malls. Baby changing rooms are on both levels, beside the ladies' restrooms.

The family room on the Lower Mall also has baby changing facilities, a buggy-friendly bathroom, a microwave, a sink, a bottle warmer, and private feeding areas. See the family-friendly page for full details.

Free manual wheelchairs and electronic Mart Carts are available from the security office on the Lower Mall, seven days a week. No booking needed.

Dunnes Stores also offer GoTo trolleys for children with special needs. Ask a member of staff in store.

On Level 0 of the multi-storey car park, you'll find Crystal Detail (hand car wash) and Duffy Auto Services (mechanic). See the parking page for full details.

A taxi rank is located at Pavilions Swords.

Five public lifts connect the malls and the car park, giving step-free access between every level of the centre.

Two post boxes are available, both collected regularly. One on the Lower Mall, beside Crilly Shoe Repairs, and one outside the centre, by Zara on the roadside.

European Passport Agency-compliant passport photo machines are available on the Lower Mall, beside Crilly Shoe Repairs.

High-speed internet kiosks are available near the Customer Information Desk, with printing, phone charging and Skype. Rates: €6 per hour, €1 per 10 minutes, 50c per A4 print. Coin-operated (10c, 20c, 50c, €1, €2) or by credit card.
