If you think that you may have lost something within a store, you will need to contact them directly as each store have their own lost property section.
Car Parking Facilities
Whether you’re simply swinging by for your shopping essentials, your weekend blow-dry, or meeting a friend for coffee, you can now enjoy two hours free parking on us! Directly adjacent to the M1 motorway and and in close proximity to Dublin Airport, Swords Pavilions provides over 2,000 Car Park spaces, both surface car parks and multi-storey, with 29 designated parking spaces reserved exclusively for disabled shoppers and 10 Electric Vehicle Charging Points located on Level 0, Level 1, and Level 3 of the Multi-Storey Car Park (charges apply).

Bicycle Parking
On yer bike and cycle to Swords Pavilions! When travelling around Northside County Dublin, cycling isn't only the most invigorating mode of transport, but probably the quickest, too. So whether you’re planning on picking up a hire bike for an afternoon outing or you're a regular two-wheeler, saddle up because we offer free secure cycle-parking outside the entrance of Starbucks and the doors by Zara, or you have the option of using our paid pods at €1 per day.
ATM Facilities
Need some cash? Our Permanent TSB and Euronet cash machines are located throughout the centre. Many of our stores also accept credit and debit cards.
There are four cash machines available:

Euronet - located beside Crilly Shoe Repairs
Euronet - located in Dunnes Stores on the Lower Mall
Lifts
There are 5 public lifts conveniently located to assist between different levels, offering you ease of access throughout our centre and car parks.
Disabled Access
Here at Swords Pavilions, we take pride in providing a comfortable shopping environment for all customers that step through our doors. Our disabled facilities provide you with easy access to our stores, restaurants, parking and services. There are manual wheelchairs and Electronic Mart Carts available for use through our Shop Mobility service. Located on the Lower Mall, this service is available seven days a week.

Laundry Services
Ditch that dirty laundry, shoppers! Supreme Clean at Swords Pavilions will take care of your clothing while you take care of your shopping. Supreme Clean's services are performed by a highly-skilled team, consistently providing a top-quality dry cleaning, laundry and alteration service. Friendly, professional and convenient. You can find them located on the Upper Mall.
Restrooms, Family Room and Baby Changing Rooms
Male, female, and disabled restrooms are located on Level 1 and Level 3. Our family room is available o the lower mall. Baby changing rooms are available on the Lower and Upper Malls, situated beside the ladies’ restrooms. Our restrooms are also buggy-friendly!

Telephones
We know staying connected is a necessity. There is a payphone located on the Lower Mall beside Crilly Shoe Repairs, which is both coin and card operated.
ChargeBox
We understand phone batteries always decide on going dead at the most inconvenient times, so we provide our customers with ChargeBox stations. With their lock and leave units, ChargeBox provides safe and efficient charging at all times. There are three units in the Centre, one located at the Customer Information Desk on the Upper Mall, one located outside Dunnes Stores on the Lower Mall, and one by Nando's, also on the Lower Mall.
To use, simply:
1. Connect your phone
2. Lock the box
3. Take the key and enjoy shopping as your phone charges

Option 1:
1. Simply scan the QR code.
2. Sign in and set up your payment method.
3. Click 'Rent Now' and grab the power bank from the slot with the blinking light. It's that easy!
Option 2:
1. Tap your phone or contactless card to the terminal.
2. Wait for the quick approval of the €30 pre-authorisation.
3. Voila! The Joos Box will release the power bank for you to take.

Passport Photo Machines
European Passport Agency compliant approved machines. Located on Lower Mall beside Crilly Shoe Repairs.
Postal Services
There are two post boxes located at Swords Pavilions. One is on the Lower Mall, beside Crilly Shoe Repairs, and the second is located outside Zara by the roadside. Both are collected regularly.
Internet Access
High-speed internet access kiosks with printing, phone charging and Skype are all available near the Customer Information Desk. Charge Rates: €6 per hour. €1 for 10 minutes, and 50c per A4 sheet. Accepts 10c, 20c, 50c, 1€, 2€ coins, along with credit card payment.
